People today have many faces
leading lives without any traces
there’s no one face anymore
it was only, when they were four
when their face was bright as sunshine
things brought smile were less than a dime
they eat, drank and played with everyone
but now keep looking for that, some ‘one’
they loved everyone without a thought
hugged each other even when they fought
to them now adds each year
a different face with a thick layer
the face of smartness and desperation
in search of millions to joy and recreation
wishing every day to go back in years
tired of guilt and living in fears
longing everyday to be happy like a child
searching for innocence among the wild
this is what people are doing today
forgetting their roots and old play
though none can pierce into the thick
that is thickened each year with a new trick
so once all grown cannot be rooted out
tentacles grow in us just as the sprout
still there’s something even if we ‘re done
out of so many faces just pick any one
Every line is meaningful…
thank you so much.

Hey, just a random thought, would you like to do a guest post on my blog? Poetry- taking one alphabet as a muse? Let me know if you’re up for the challenge 😉
Of course dear and ill do it not for the challenge but for creativity and inner growth. Do explain me about what i need to write about as in the poetry .
Thank you 🙂
I recently started taking one alphabet as a muse…A,B,C and so on.. So you can choose from an alphabet J or N..and write using it as much possible..
Now for example, J…you can use as many words starting with J (Justice, Jail, Jolly etc) in the poem, explore your vocab,,,or use same word over and over again (Just a min, Just a day, Just a moment etc)..
So you will try? 🙂
yes sure ill try it out, sounds great . Thanks. I hope there’s no deadline for this?
you can take 15 days..after that I will need to publish the alphabet when its turn comes..
btw which alphabet have you finalized? J or N…?
Ok that’s cool thing to do, ill pick alphabet J.
Thnx Dear
