Simplify Needs To Enlighten

It is completely impossible to accept or even say that body could play any helpful role in enlightenment beyond the mind. We have by far known that only the mind helps in being enlightened or being one with the universe.

By dropping or ceasing to have any thoughts and unwrapping the different layers of mind’s conscious can help in successfully being enlightened, is the fact we all have known. But could body help in enlightenment is really a debatable and quite confusing thing.

Am also researching more on this myself , as only yesterday i came up with this thought that body can play a very crucial role in helping me enlighten a bit.

As i lay on my bed in afternoon having nothing to do , no work , no chore not even a book to read or play some game, i just kept wandering and dazing around the walls of my room, the clothes hanging , the wardrobe’s mirror, the new cooler, the curtains half drawn over the window and half opened.

As i watched all these i thought “how free i am” and then some more correlating thoughts followed this one, like how really free i am, not working or even doing any home activities, am i ashamed of not having a job or am i that shameful to get household chores done by the maid and not myself .

I kept moving with those thoughts in flow, am so free, people would die to get this free-ness in their lives and here i am all free and doing nothing absolutely nothing, i have a full stomach, with full clothes on, and a soothing room temperature that caresses my open hands , feet , face and my long hair.

Ahh how beautiful the life is here just laying around and gazing what’s in and out of that window. the thoughts still coming, i realized how free i am , i don’t need to work, i don’t need to compete, or i don’t want t to study any further to let other’s know am still in the race, I actually don’t feel the need or desire to do any of that anymore.

What has happened, is anything wrong with me,i don’t feel the urge to get up and ‘DO’ , i feel complete this way, nor am i hungry nor am i shivering. Then what’s is it that makes me feel nothing, i thought even more and realized that the needs of my body are fulfilled , the art is to fill the stomach either with rice or pasta is a choice, the body need’s clothes, its a choice to have comfortable or styled clothes, the body needs air , should it be fan or air conditioner is again a choice.

The way body is satisfied and the needs controlled is the only way to reach out , once the body is fine there’s a way to reach beyond, the mind automatically shut’s down the desires when the needs are met in simplicity. the body craves for food it doesn’t tell you, that you need a pizza to feed the hunger, it never did, its the mind who thinks about giving taste or the choice of food, the task is the same to fill the empty stomach, it could be with a bowl of rice too.

So when we have the bodily need’s are met with simplicity, we no longer have desire’s anymore, the mind slowly starts to drop thoughts that accumulate desires and urges, and then becomes zero at one time, there are no thoughts anymore and thus the mind ceases to happen anymore, the emptiness of thoughts is replaced by consciousness, the body succeeds in arriving at this consciousness where the person seeking enlightenment becomes more awakened and aware about his inner self , there is no more the need to look around for anything , everything is there in itself.

When body is sufficed with no desire, the soul comes to power and mind no longer exists, the soul directs the movements of mind that lead it to consciousness and to the path of enlightenment. There is then, absolutely no need to deliberately stop the flow of thoughts, it will happen automatically when the need’s of body are met with simplicity and there is not even an inch of desire left to think or act upon.

Why is it necessary to run after things, to run after name fame or money, when you can live happily without doing anything. The day such feelings develop to leave something behind , so that other’s can remember you, is the beginning of the day you forget to live life and you just become part of the mad race that no one sees has to end up in ashes.

Life begins to end the day you desire to do something before you die.

Go Beyond Emotional Embellishments

Its said that life is a lifeless line if its devoid of movement that culminates from deep within the pits and cracks of pain and suffering only to rise and gain momentum infused with happiness and content.

Life is completely void if we don’t have these moments that bring out the real self in us and the real stuff from others, it is because we are social animals and everything is correlated what may affect the other may effect us too and what may affect us may effect the others as well.

This means we are living in a chaos and life is not void and we certainly don’t live in a  vacuum. Everything is placed at a specific place in a specific order as per our age, role, responsibility and experience. we cannot break this system that is monotonously being followed since ages.

And since ages we continue to feel helpless not being able to break the pattern, we still feel emptiness somewhere inside , deep within our hearts, we follow the daily rituals, do our work , take care of our responsibilities and still keep doing it no matter what runs around in our mind.

Our inner thoughts are sometimes plagued with such mysterious thoughts that make us feel   nothing almost nothing even if we are surrounded with people or other daily thoughts. And still we keep doing insisting ourselves to adhere the routine and feel that there’s nothing greater than following the norm .

Am never in the mood to break the norm or system rather feel the urge to observe sometimes these series of thoughts that insist upon taking a break maybe because we are consumed, exhausted and deprived of some needs that we cannot imagine.

It could be the need to break the routine, the desire to sit on the sea shore listening to the waves, lying under a tree seeing the nature and listening its melody, or just lazing around with few people who wish to do the same, or just throwing pebbles in the pond.

Remember here how newton discovered the law of gravity only after seeing the apples fall from the trees in the lap of the nature  and thus everything came and theories went on, so things do happen, even if we don’t run after them forcing them to happen inside the lab of life.

Again the desire could be anything, it is endless, and therefore we need the line a straight line sometimes, which is devoid of moments or emotions, happiness or pain, as these are not the only thing that define our life or do they ?

There can be a stretch in time where we can snatch some moments that are without these emotional embellishments .

After all, we are racing and pacing up and down the graph of life just to make it happen, to make it existential, we forget that making it run up and down is not the only thing,

“for life can move in a line too and much effectively than in any other case, moreover it has the potential to reach the destination much sooner than any other soul following the graph making emotional movements “.

Life is easy and simple to live if there’s inner peace, as i call it void, the space or the emptiness of the mind that is free of any emotional tags to the events that happen, everyday, where the joys and sorrows don’t originate from anywhere, and we live absolutely simple and straight in a vacuum.

And that day is not too far, as we all see and witness the truth where the skies wont fall nor the earth will tear apart to end the mankind . But the mankind alone will be victim of their own vice and evil that would end their existence forever.

In the wake of so many unfolding events that have shaped the face of this earth that looks  more cruel and devilish, there is hardly any hopes left for other generations.

We have progressed remarkably in terms of technological growth and made our lives utmost pleasant be it homes or at workplace, with the spurt of information and technological advancement in every forte is believable in fact, but the truth remains unseen, that we have forgot to change our mindset which still hasn’t progressed much.

Still many sections of our society and many people at individual level have not embraced the newness as for them being progressive and following the revolution is still a distant concept, which they do not wish to live or realize.

This happens because on one hand there is a section of people who are in the mainstream, running, progressing and moving up the ladder of change and live an enriching life with global experiences, while on the other hand we have a section of people who are trapped in their own thoughts, contemplating their own ideas and crave to match those with the ones who are in the mainstream .

The people who are either forced to step back or who choose to live this way tend to find themselves a midst happening things which they are not able to comprehend or cope with, in such situations they feel stifled as soon they realize that how far behind they are left in the mad race, and as soon they come to terms with this reality they try hard to make things even for them.

Some people who are kind enough follow the nice route like working hard, or doing more struggles or starting things with a scratch to reach or match to, and for the others its a mad race to win and they find the ugliest route possible to match or reach up, to feel that they are no less than those they envy .

Now the behavioral actions that these people take up is beyond extreme and in some cases shall be termed as inhuman as they turn to harm those people with whom they envy or wish to even up and no other way can they see lest to end the competition than the race itself,  no more they shall have to worry about follow ups or running anymore and this is how they end things and win it over.

The world still does not wait or stop to see where things go bad or why do they actually happen the way it shouldn’t have been, but then we all think alike that unless it happens to us we are least bothered about escalating the issue and even if we think about it at the ground level by doing some basic research that it was all the work of a mad man’s unfulfilled desires, we learn to tolerate and become patient with it with time, because there is law, there is a system and there is humanity that we follow being Educated Reformists.

Do we ever think that, we need to look  into the human mind, the people on streets the people whom we left behind, so that they do not come in front of us, all of a sudden to question or answer it with a kill, we must reflect into their psychology before the world ends for us or they end the world for us.

The atrocious killings of humans during war,  hate crimes,  massacres ,mass shooting, rapes, physical or mental torture, brutality meted out to innocent people and all this is happening even right now during this moment while i write this blog . This world is on the brink of collapsing where there would be no space for the people to run or cherish anymore, for there is so much of evil taking rounds and people are day by day becoming more individualistic, practical, selfish , self centered and running .

Its time we should see what we do and turn the pages of other people’s lives because criminals or people who hate us are among ourselves and we must identify and help them to help avert such fateful events that have already happened in past and quite recently. its time we should acknowledge that technology alone  cannot help us to live in peace and survive rather the humans are capable enough to help survive and live in peace .

We can do without progress, revolution, technology and other things that make our life great in times today, but we cannot do without peace and ability to survive, we are constantly living in the age where our survival is under threat.

 

Love beyond ONE :Taboo !

I hope that am not caught or tried because of the topic am going to write about now.  As it may sound extreme deviation from the norms that our society has been following since ages. Though i love to talk all sweet and nice  as its easily approved and acceptable to everyone.

It is all because we actually see a reflection in others and that is like a mirror in which we see ourselves, the things we want to deliberately see comforting our own scheme of thoughts and perception we have about us and others and what we are , reflects in the others we see because we want to see that . Its about the thoughts, our understanding the way we think about others tantamount to what we are precisely, what kind of human being we are in real.

Because we are made up of our own beliefs  moral, traditions, norms, values, hopes and desires we want to see in the world that comforts all these , and the things that are beyond our understanding and do not fall anywhere in line with the above is bound to be rejected or abhorred.

Why is it so difficult to understand and accept certain things beyond our understanding is difficult to know exactly , it may be due to conditioning that we are not keen to learn anymore anything that is new and breaks our routine thoughts.  we do not wish to go beyond  we feel comfortably in our zone , approved and accepted the way society wants exactly.

But we fail as this society stops us from attaining the new, exploring other avenues, innovating something new , going for  the truth . It wants us to cling to it and we wish to do the same out of security and belonging.

And those who break free of the said norms , are despised and never thought or taught about, for generations unless there are some really great minds who work hard to understand them and discover their intelligence and extra-ordinariness. They are not captive to the society nor their stereotypical notions.

Now having said all that, i wish to ponder over, this feeling called Love which is beautiful and a great thing to do in life.

What is love actually, it is a feeling where a man and woman fall for each other and keep on insisting and practicing this confinement to each other where, confinement equals commitment that too forever, which keeps it functioning, well this is love today actually and no doubt it will run for many eons, and i hold nothing against this.I believe that love can happen all the more , many times and again its not even sex as we may criticize a man or woman for loving more that one person , and label him/her with different names.

Love is the most difficult task indeed and holding it to one is even more difficult because it changes from love to possessiveness and goes beyond that  where we keep looking to confine that one person who should be meant for us all our lives, that becomes a negative side of love which we have since long time because it restricts, upholds and creates dangerous feelings within us where we time and again wish to break free, and look for other , because we have a choice to do so having options available, that makes the situation all the more bad.

Love cannot be confined rather it can be spread and left free to blossom to as many as possible. It is no more difficult thing to do, love is best understood if it holds no feelings like possession and monopoly over a single person. It has enough potential to accommodate as many as one can love without any difficulty like a mother never differentiate s or bias her love for her children, similarly a man or a woman can go beyond traditional existing love and can hold pure love feelings for others as well.

We have many examples in our history where polygamy and polyandry was practiced and love was encouraged and was considered pious as in today and such men and women were even prayed and were of high virtue and morals.For instance Draupadi who loved all her 5 husbands the pandav’s equally and she holds the dignity and respect since ages, but we find some elements of prostitution too when we recollect about her, being wife to 5 men and how she was able to equally love all of them and never made her love fall short or more for any of them. Even Krishna had so many wives and he was equally present for all of them and they could feel his love without bias .

Similarly in some societies / religions that have different situation than ours, polygamy or polyandry became necessary and moral due to war and conflicts where there are less men and more woman and even where male and female sex ratio are different woman are few and there are more men and for those men and women who are divorced, separated, widows or left out, in such circumstances it becomes necessary and if had not been like that, then many would have been forced to live a loveless life who then may resort to  prostitution or victimizing others for their needs, which again stands highly immoral as per society.

But i think,even the prostitutes hold a good place in my thoughts, as those men and woman save , defend and protect us from the evils that could happen to kids, women, men , old and young. They hold more dignity and respect, in my view, they are like the soldiers who fight everyday to protect us.

Even today it exists where i saw a discovery channel documentary showing a woman living with two men under the same roof and all the three of them enjoyed a life full of love and respect , the men equally loved the woman and the woman loved them both. i was amazed to see the comfort level, the love they had for each other, and was laughing when my mom said “this is heights of immorality, and it happens in times today only not earlier “.

Anyhow i was glad to see that and thought that how heavenly it could be to get love from as many people as you can in this one life, its not sex again , but a pure love that can or cannot include sex, but it just makes you feel good and the same feeling for others who are in love completely  Its not supposed to be selfish rather a selfless and unconditional tribute to life of divinity and richness.
